TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We are accountants acting as trustees and do not live in Johannesburg and have had many disastrous years of having Estate Agents give us nothing but bad service including charging where no service was given, dishonest repair bills, stealing our funds, and lies, just to mention a few of the dramas! A friend of ours who lives in Johannesburg had a child at the same school as Arlene’s child and we were put in touch with Arlene and her team. We were very skeptical about trying out yet another organisation but read up the references that had been given and acted on the solid recommendation of our friend. Arlene and Candice took on the management of three small properties for a trust in which we are trustees and things were a mess, to say the least. There were months worth of unpaid rental and electricity bills due from the tenants, expired leases to attend to, a battle to collect funds due from the previous agent and from a bad tenant, etc. All of this was done over a painstaking month and emails went back and forth daily. Candice and Arlene never gave up, the just persevered and kept chipping away until all of the problems were solved. We were presented with a small bill for their efforts and that bill was really not in line with all of their hard work so we paid double the amount on that was on their invoice. Administration of the three properties has never run as smoothly as currently and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Aim High Properties to anyone who should require their services.
